Open Secretee
Prevention Outreach Education
This federally funded program serves to decrease risky behavior by empowering women through a verity of efforts including the utilization of RESPECT, Community PROMISE and Counseling Testing and Referral (CTR) inventions. These widely excepted inventions are based in the 5 Behavioral Theories of Change. The theories are Social Cognitive Theory, Health Belief Model, Transtheoretical Model of Behavior Change, Theory of Reasoned Action and Diffusion of Innovations.
4MySister
National Mentoring Program
Connects inexperienced HIV positive and HIV negative women seeking advice and support to more experienced HIV positive and HIV negative women working in the fields of HIV/STD and/or activism in a comfortable and non-threatening manner. 4MySister connects women across the four corners of the country.

HIV Testing
This program provides free confidential HIV counseling, education, and testing to anyone seeking to know their HIV status. W.O.M.E.N. provides 3 types of Rapid testing OraSure, OraQuick and UniGold. All tests are delivered in a compassionate client centered atmosphere. Call to schedule your test today.
W.O.R.T.H.
Women On Reasons To Heal
This program is a group-centered initiative incorporating crafting and art activities. W.O.R.T.H. brings together a diverse group of women, and encourages the sharing of ideas and coping skills while keeping confidentialities. W.O.R.T.H. is Nashville's first HIV positive women's support group.
Full Plate
Food Distribution
This program provides men, women, and children with free nutritious foods, beverages, household supplies, and personal care items. Full Plate is supported by several community partners.
Pathways to Power
This program provides case management services to infected and affected persons seeking supportive services. The program assists HIV positive clients with housing assistance, updated community referrals, linkages to medical care as well as linkages to mental wellness care and health education. Pathways to Power is referral based.
A Woman's Way
Mentoring
This service is provided to those needing to speak one-on-one with a service provider, counselor, or another person infected with HIV.
Face To Facts
Speakers Bureau
This program provides qualified speakers willing to facilitate seminars, workshops, community events, or social gatherings. These speakers are experienced in public speaking and they share their knowledge on such topics as HIV, HIV in women, STD's, self esteem, teens and families, finance management, and a variety of other subjects. Women At the Table
Community Advisory Board
A group of professional African American women gather monthly to discuss and develop action strategies which address disparities among African American women living with HIV/AIDS in the Nashville Transitional Grant Area (TGA). The collaborative expertise of this diverse CAB represents community based organizations, the target population, government representatives, HIV positive women, medical services providers from major medical facilities, gatekeepers, pharmaceutical representatives, service providers, Universities, nutritionists, Metro Davidson County Health Department, W.O.M.E.N.'s executive board of directors and staff.
International Outreach
Collaboration and Program Development
This international outreach program targets women-centered partnerships with country leaders who express a willingness to collaborate with a United States basedNGO in the development of HIV programming and women empowerment programs. W.O.M.E.N.'s international outreach program emphases both Economic Development and HIV/AIDS which includes strengthening economic partnerships globally among all women in Africa, Europe, Asia and the Americas.
